Best Buy gives several jobs its own names, so an ad can look unfamiliar at first. These are the roles a store hires most, with what each one does on a normal shift.

Best Buy Express hires through Bell
The smaller Best Buy Express shops used to be The Source. Bell runs about 165 of them under a partnership with Best Buy, and they sell electronics alongside Bell phone, internet and TV plans. Jobs there are posted on Bell’s own careers site, not Best Buy’s.
⚠️ Holiday shifts come with the job: seasonal staff must be free on Friday nights, weekends and holidays, including Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Boxing Week, until the end of December.
