Amazon’s latest raise puts its average base wage at $26.27 an hour, which tops $54,000 a year on a 40-hour schedule. Starting rates on its city pages reach $23.60 in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary and Edmonton, $23.15 in British Columbia and $22.55 in Winnipeg and Dartmouth.
